Comfort Inn Waterside - Esquimalt

This project is located on the edge of the Gorge waterway, adjacent to the Craigflower Bridge. Our role was to take five underused cabins and convert them into five duplex - two bedroom suites. These cabins now became an attractive new face on the waterfront to this 110 unit complex. We received a Vancouver Island Care Award for the conversion of 1920 vintage pseudo-tudour to craftsman with the heritage colour scheme. The rowing and nautical themes are also part of the charm of this hospitality property.
