Primarily a health retreat/resort, the development also proposed the inclusion of a college of Natural Healing sponsored by the Wild Rose Herbal Company.

The project included:

• 200-room full service resort
• Holistic wellness centre
• Conference centre
• Marina
• Meditation island retreat
• College of Natural Healing
• Organic market garden
• Riding stables
• Golf and tennis Club with par-3 golf course
