Stump Lake Ranch

The 17,000-acre ranch located in the Nicola Valley was developed as a residential community while maintaining the working cattle ranch. The development included a 46 strata bare land (2.5 – 10 acre) subdivision, development of a number of hobby ranches (with grazing rights retained by the home ranch), a guest ranch resort, and a future 95-room destination resort.

As part of the design team CAG was responsible for writing the design guidelines for the subdivision, conversion of historical buildings into the guest ranch, conceptual designs for the destination resort, and continuing as the coordinating architect for the design guidelines. CAG continues to design many of the projects exclusive homes.
