MIXED USE
Bidwell Street

This 2 storey 1912 vintage home is located on a 66 foot by 33 foot lot near Denman and Robson in the Westend. Our design was to raise and reposition the house on the lot, in order to accommodate a small retail unit, in-building and on grade parking and two two-bedroom rental apartments on the upper floors. With negotiations with the City we were able to squeeze about 3,200 square feet of rental space on this small lot.
