MIXED USE
Gower Gardens

This four storey mixed-use building is located on the main street in lower Gibsons, facing south over Georgia Strait. The building was designed around an existing 5,000 square foot grocery store at the ground level. Additional to this store several shops and under building parking. Located above this are 11 condominiums with ground level access off the back lane. This building exceeded the maximum square footage allowed. The building's form was in response to maintaining view corridors to the marina for residents behind.
