MIXED USE
King Street Station

Located in the heart of Cloverdale, this mixed-use residential/commercial project is intended to be the catalyst for redevelopment in the area. The project's theme is based on the railway heritage prescribed for the area. The site will complete with 132 condominium units and 38,000 square feet of commercial (retail and office) in four buildings on this 3 acre property.
