Barona Beach Lakefront Resort

Located on Lake Okanagan below the Mission Hill Winery in Westbank, this 144 unit project has been the 'talk of the town,' selling out (at an average sales price of $440 per square foot), in a record 4 hours. The creative Tuscan theme maximizes views to the Lake and adjacent Pritchard Canal, contributing greatly to the success of this project.
