RESIDENTIAL
Stump Lake Residences - 2

Sited in the grasslands overlooking a small lake in the Nicola Valley, this 4,000 square foot all-season retreat home was designed to the principals of healthy housing. This building utilizes solar electricity, solar radiant heating and passive air conditioning. Carved into the landscape the building uses the natural landforms to provide berming and a timeless sense of place. The exterior of the building is designed with a copper shingle roofing, fir board and batten and local field stone.
